Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary $12,000 + Monthly bonus $3,000 + Uncapped commissions
- Meal vouchers
- 12 days of annual leave (available after 6 months)
- Paid holidays in December
- Christmas bonus: 30 days' salary (Aguinaldo)

- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Short Fridays

About the position:
- Initial contact with potential clients.
- Sales work.
- Develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
- Personalized attention and guidance.
- Handling objections.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in Financial Sales.
- Experience in customer prospecting.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and related products.
- Excellent communication and motivation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
