Job Summary
Our Services Organization is growing at a high pace, that's why we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Maintenance Engineers to join our team in Mexico.
You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company's reputation for commitment and service worldwide.
That's why we consider this role to be of great importance.In this position, you will be travelling extensively in Mexico, and occasionally abroad. Available vacancies in Aguascalientes, Torreon, Monterrey, Cuautitlan and other cities in Mexico.
What you will do
As a Maintenance Engineer you will:
- Participate in preparing customer site for installation and commissioning events of packaging equipment.
- Participate in execution of preventive maintenance activities for packaging equipment.
- Inform relevant Tetra Pak staff in a timely manner about discovered Technical Issues.
- Participate in the installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits.
- Inform relevant Tetra Pak Field Staff about ongoing service activities as well as of any issues affecting the customer or the quality of Tetra Pak service.
- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring good working relationships with the customer and Tetra Pak colleagues and that Tetra Pak's reputation is sustained.
- Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements. Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. Escalate all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues.
- Comply with all reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, control & automation engineering or similar.
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Installations, maintenance and/or repair work.
- Experience in electric, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance is strongly desired.
- Technical English is required.
- Strong PLC Programming Knowledge.
- Passion to be a team player and ability to work across boundaries.
- Fast learning abilities.

- Availability to travel (this could happen on weekends too.
