Responsibilities:

In this role as Senior Technical Designer, you will work closely with the parking team and coordinate with other Walter P Moore disciplines.

Job tasks will include rationalizing geometry for appropriate parking structure schemes, rapidly develop parking structure Building Information Models (primarily utilizing REVIT), annotative plans and details and assisting with writing narratives.

You will also be called upon to mentor and supervise junior staff as the team develops.

Qualifications:
years' experience in building design. Experience in the design of parking structures is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Licenciatura en Arquitectura)
Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
English Level B
Must possess proficiency in the following software
REVIT
AutoCAD
BIM 360
Parametric modeling experience (desirable)
Rhinoceros (desirable)
Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent (desirable)
Adobe Illustrator (desirable)
Adobe Photoshop (desirable)
Must have a valid US Business visa
Must be proactive, have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be clientservice oriented
