POSITION OBJECTIVE
Leadership and administration of a small group of engineer and technicians, serving as a primary guide to them in order to achieve departmental goals and objectives through a performance assessment and supporting them on their professional development
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management a team of professional and Technical employees participating actively on their personal development plan.
Create a master plan of the projects and activities aligned with Engineering and CFC BSC Key process indicators.
Create daily and weekly internal governance to follow-up master plan deviations and always assess risks along with IE manager and key stakeholders.
Demonstrate a strong and situational leadership in order to identify and influence the pulse, moral and workload balance on its team.
Create pertinent ISO procedures corresponding to its field and deploy them until they are absorbed and well followed by all involved players.
Be the guardian and vigilant of all financial and HR internal policies to be perfectly followed and executed as well as escalate any bad deviation until resolved.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar
Experience:
Min. 5 years in Senior Engineering and Leadership
Language:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
Knowledge of English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
