Technology senior management-level position responsible for managing the Markets and Fiduciary Technology team to support business strategy through the implementation of systems solutions for FX, Money Market, Derivatives, Warrants, Structured notes and fiduciary products as well as the implementation of market risk management technology solutions.

Position is responsible for defining the Markets Technology systems strategy and evolution while also ensuring stability, resilience and soundness of the platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Markets and Fiduciary Technology business analysis functional area and establishe strategic plans for function with responsibilities including management of people, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation and other duties as assigned
Manage relationship with Treasury and Fiduciary business for Technology needs and project portfolio execution
Assist with a variety of broad based and complex strategy or system development issues requiring conceptual thinking

Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sources

Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties and regulators as needed

Qualifications:

10+ years relevant experience in Treasury Technology, including 5-8+ years of managerial experience

Demonstrated leadership, influencing, relationship management and collaboration skills
Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problemsolving techniques
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
Demonstrated proactivity, decisiveness and adaptability

Consistently able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology related carreers

Master's degree preferred
