Technical Skills:

5 + years working as a Service Delivery Manager
Excellent communication skills.
Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
Advanced English

Out of the box and creative thinking.
Extensive experience working with Agile teams, including experience with SCRUM and Kanban (Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach is highly appreciated)
An understanding of modern software development practices and techniques (e.g., TDD, BDD)
Team player mentality is a MUST

Responsabilities:

Responsible for driving service delivery y to ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution and operation excellence Customer main point of escalation.

Provide regular status updates and track KPI's/Metrics related to all project task assigned
Manage all project related queries and escalations Assist in running client workshops
Ensure participation in periodic client meetings and contribute effectively on expected tasks
Coordination with onsite track leads and engaging with Customers
Conduct Internal Operation Review meetings
Ensure process effectiveness and continual Service Improvement
Ensure the deliverables are in line with client expectation/standards
Generates daily status report
Generates monthly status reports
Coordinate the transition process
Coordinate activities between Support Teams and other areas (Key Users)
