Your Tasks:


Role Purpose

  • Supports the analytical processes to deliver execution of the brand strategy at the point of sales by collecting and compiling the needs of all markets from the Spanish Speaking Latam region and cascading all the S&CM programs to Activation Markets

Main Accountabilities
**Planning

  • Support the mapping of the needs of all activation markets and incorporate it into lead mkt workstreams
  • Annual Business Plan/ Business reviews/ Demand Planning/

Innovation Launches:
Collect and compile data into central cluster file and cascade data to activation markets. Build reports for the cluster

  • Base business and innovation: Develop analysis for the base business and innovation packages for all markets in the cluster: PICOS, Selling, story, Forecasts, etc.
**Commercial operations

  • POSM: Ensure that all cluster markets POSM requirements are updated and that artwork/ costs are fully cascaded to activation markets
  • Picture Of Success: Ensure that PICOS are fully cascaded to activation markets
  • Pricing/ promo/ insights: Collect and compile data into central cluster file and cascade data to activation markets. Ensure that guidelines are fully cascaded to activation markets
**Customer Engagement: Direct & Indirect

  • Presentations/ Engagement/ Thematic/ programs/

Performance Management:
Collect and compile data into central cluster file and cascade data to activation markets

**Store Execution

  • Manage POS execution tools: Ensure that communication modules are maintained, updated and accurate
  • Trax: Ensure that master data is updated and accurate

Your Profile:


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing
  • Basic Analytical/ Financial Analysis skills required
  • Nielsen Tool's experience required (Scantrack & Retail)
  • Experience on Selling Stories creation
  • Pragmatic, Dynamic individual with a "hands on" style
  • Able to adapt, navigate and have a protagonist role in a fastpaced, highgrowth, changing environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player
  • Organized, Energetic, Responsive, Confident and Honest
  • Fluent English
