Job Description:

If you take responsability, create cooperation and drive value add:
Coordinating special projects as assigned by Director
Maintaining up to date files and include correspondence
Performing various clerical duties
Coordinating and arrange Administration Meetings
Preparing monthly reports for distribution
Arranging Division Travel arrangements
Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Work history: 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role closely supporting senior executives
High level of organizational skill; excellent attention to detail; ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines

Personality :
Strong level of flexibility, initiative and sense of urgency

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups

Experience and knowledge:
A high level of proficiency is required in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), creativity, resourcefulness and an internal/external customer service orientation

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle issues of a sensitive nature with tact and discretion
