VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

The site of San Luis Potosi in Mexico is focused on Thermal Systems. Our department is looking for a
VIE Industrial for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

You follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier
You design small tool and validate the supplier proposal & define the acceptance criteria for new equipment or line
You perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment, perform trials on the lines and deliver reports
You built action plans and follow up, perform and/or collect, capabilities of equipments and process
You set up equipment and propose process validation plan
You work on cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costs
You support production technician (training, analysis, problem solving)

Let's talk about you

You are graduated from a Engineering degree
You already have experience in this field
You have a fluent level of English
You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are openminded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
Spanish is a plus
