Eaton's ES CRDS WD Wiring Devices division is currently seeking a Supervisor de Mantenimiento.

What you'll do:

_ PRIMARY FUNCTION_

Plan and direct machinery and equipment Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities in cooperation with the Production Supervisor, Front Line Leaders, Materials Planners and Engineering team.

_ Job responsibilities_

Manages and coordinates human resources to achieve the PM master plan and execute Corrective Maintenance activities.
Understands, promotes and adheres to the company's policy on Equal Opportunity and Diversity.
Leads Root cause analysis of recurring problems to reduce equipment downtime and minimize costs.
Manage maintenance budget.
Applies and review indicators applicable to the maintenance area (DOWN TIME, MTTR, MTBF, and UPTIME).
Support meeting all of the criteria identified in the MESH Process, through genuine safety culture.
Drive continuous improvement efforts through the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma Tools
Maintain the quality systems to achieve compliance with TS 16949, ISO14001 and maintain certification.
Participates in the planning and implementation phase of the capital expenditure process with emphasis on safety, environmental and operational focus.

Qualifications:

Educational level required.**- Electronic, Automation, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar bachelor's degree.

Years and area of experience required.**- 3 to 5 years' experience in a supervision position.

Technical knowledge

TPM and manage maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF AND UPTIME)

Soft skills

Strong Process oriented.
Project management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Project Management & Presentation Skills.
Problem Solving Methodologies and Statistical tools including: SPC, 8D, A
Ability to direct and lead crossfunctional process improvement teams.
