Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
  • 2 years' experience (demonstrated) related and understanding: direct handling of customer services and escalation path.
  • SAP. Is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish-English (
    A must)

Some of Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and register of new bookings.
  • Monitor and register shipped orders from Stock location.
  • Follow up with other departments (productionplanningQA) to reach the Leadtimes.
  • Review with Corporate the orders in credit hold.
  • SLA rapid respond <24 hrs (Critical)
  • Fully Control of DPA Orders (Critical).
  • Code30 Report and follow up.
