Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
- 2 years' experience (demonstrated) related and understanding: direct handling of customer services and escalation path.
- SAP. Is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish-English (
A must)
Some of Responsibilities:
- Monitor and register of new bookings.
- Monitor and register shipped orders from Stock location.
- Follow up with other departments (productionplanningQA) to reach the Leadtimes.
- Review with Corporate the orders in credit hold.
- SLA rapid respond <24 hrs (Critical)
- Fully Control of DPA Orders (Critical).
- Code30 Report and follow up.
