The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 2-3 times a week.

What you can expect:

Create a People Business Partner relationship with our international Tech team.
Continue and improve our internal Performance evaluation process
Support the teams to create career paths and job families according to our salary levels/bands
Give support & coach our Leaders on Peoplerelated topics
Facilitate the knowledge sharing throughout our learning initiatives
Will be working closely with internal stakeholders and leaders to expand our cultural efforts

You and your assets

What we are looking for:

At least 5 years of experience in roles related to HRBP
At least 5 years of experience on Performance management and/or learning
Previous experience building HR processes from scratch and scaling them
Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with data dashboards to make quantitative decisions
