Key Responsibilities:

Mail and Shipping & Receiving Services:

_

  • Perform mail and shipping & receiving services for the office.
  • Prepare outbound courier shipments using computer systems or service providers.
  • Control inbound and outbound accountable packages.
  • Sort parcels for shipping and receiving.
  • Prepare items for processing, shipment, or transportation.
  • Maintain time, volume, and delivery records.
  • Scan all incoming USPS mail into the department repository within 4 hours of receipt.

Facilities Support:

_

  • Assist the facility team to ensure a safe and secure building.
  • Perform regular "sweeps" of the workspace to identify areas/items/equipment/materials in need of repair, replacement, or upgrade.
  • Report all issues to the Facilities Manager for corrective action.
  • Assist vendors with assessments or information required.
  • Support the facility team with office organization.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning vendors.
  • Report maintenance issues and follow up on facility requests.

Mandatory Requirements:


  • Must work well under pressure with mínimal supervision.

1-2 years of experience in a mailroom environment.

  • Must speak
    business English fluently

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and responsive individual.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office programs

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
