As

Asst S&M Business Operations Los Cabos you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare reporting and analysis to make strategic business recommendations
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial forecast (Tours,VPG, Volume) on weekly, monthly quaterly,and yearly basis.
  • Present findings and potential solutions to Business Ops Director.
  • Monitor evolving needs of the business by using opportunities for efficiencies
  • Assist in the review of GL coding to all invoices to ensure expenses are assigned in the proper line.
  • Prepares ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Cross train within departmental areas
  • Performs special projects as assigned by management
  • Create statistical and financial modeling.
  • Analyze data and derive insights from developed moderls, report on finding, and make actionable recommendations

Qualifications

  • To perform this role successfully, you must have the following minimum background and experiences:


  • Bilingual required

  • able to communicate in both English and Spanish clearly in both verbal and written forms
  • Previous experience in financial analyst
  • Computer literate with Excel and Word
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma/Cepeg
  • 13 years of experience
  • Previous experience in Vacation Ownership
