Job Purpose:

AS Analyst resolve customer-raised inquiries in an efficient and timely manner while striving to continually improve standardized processes that enhance internal and external customer experience.

We are looking for strong critical thinkers and problem solvers as you will be working closely with other teams to resolve post sales issues for our customers.

Follow documented procedures and guidelines to provide highest quality service for internal and external parties, to fulfill end to end cycle service level agreements.

Remote work, with possibility to work at the office 50%.

Meets attendance and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities:

Follows documented procedures and guidelines with adequate methods of research and accuracy, including external vendor processes and interfaces
Manages followups with customers to provide high quality customer experience; Interacts with associated internal department (i.e. Purchasing, Claims, Sales and others) to resolve issues.
Identifies issues that need escalation and passes on to the appropriate person.
Performs additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

>1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience is required.
Required Education: Some College
Possesses strong data entry skills.
Able to use common office equipment.
Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decisionmaking.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to effectively multitask.
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
Able to talk on the phone (or wear a headset) for long periods of time.
Able to be immobile for long extended periods.
Ability to stay awake and alert while performing work.
Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
