The FP&A Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis cycle through the Budget / Rolling Forecast (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash), ensuring to support the process to met the Group Finance requirements in systems and proper alignment with Local team


Closing analysis:

act with Business Partners to provide explanations over the monthly results supporting the business performance analysis, calculating the closing KPI's and guarantee the consistency and reporting of Finance Dashboards.

Strong knowledge of business dynamics to anticipate risk and opportunities.

Solid management of story telling and presentation of financial information per reporting closing (monthly), IBP (monlhy) and Rolling Forecast (every Q) Support storytelling for I&A template per group requirements.

Understanding and linking 3 Financial Statements. Accountable of managing, controlling and consolidating OPEX (14% of NS) Strong analyticis and adhoc requests for cluster MEXEC. Capex consolidation worth aprox 10% of costs.


What You'll Do:


  • Support the process and calculations for Rolling Forecast covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash, aligning deliveries, deadlines and consistency/accuracy in the data provided by other areas.
  • Ensure the alignment between the consensus with BIC MEXEC Management team and the data loaded in the systems for the process of Rolling Forecast in agreement with the deadlines.
  • Owner of OPEX line Reporting, Multifunctional Business Partner(Human resources, Controllership, Commercial areas, etc.) to fully understand actuals and consolidate YTG account. Clearly explaining variations and anticipate risk and opps.
  • Participate in the process for CAPEX planning and reporting.
  • Analysis of Full P&L; YTD, YTG and FY. Consolidate explanation of variations, work as Business Partner with ALL areas to anticipate in detail risks and opps. Adequate communication and influence for other areas is required.
  • Lead the OPEX forecasting, providing explanation on variances. Analysis of Run rate, YTD and YTG. Coordinate and manage 500 accounts and 50 cost centers.
  • Elaboration of main Dashboards to provide KPIS and visibility to Local Leadership Team "Closing package" in every closing with main accounts, deliverables, Quarter Outlook, and action plans and "Reporting package" once Rolling Forecast is approved to topdown goals to every area to ensure accountability. In charge of providing insight, actions, call to action and adoption of dashboards.
  • Prepare Ad-Hoc analysis requested by Global, Region and Management Team.
  • Strong manage and knowledge of HFM, E1, S2M and connection between them.

Projects You'll Work On:


  • Enhance engagement of the stakeholders to follow Rolling Forecast and Closing requirements in deadlines, accuracy and consistency of information.
  • Support the implementation of standard processes, through simple and regular automated dashboards and tools that improve visibility.
  • Ensure Time delivery (through Clear Calendars duly shared with all the company
  • Ensure all the necessary data to compose budget, forecast and actual of all areas.
  • Maintain accuracy in the calculation of the monthly result and comments of particular P&L lines: OPEX, SLOB, and Balance: Inventory, AR, Cash (actual x budget x forecast) generating value to the company.
  • Anticipate and report risks and opportunities in all activities related to budget and forecast.
  • Find opportunities in supporting tools to improve analytical capabilities in FP&A, adding value to the process in BIC MEXEC.
  • Act as a business partner to provide information equality among the areas, seeking better understanding of business KPI's.

Qualifications:


  • Graduation in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields

  • Fluent 100%
  • Knowledge / experience required beyond minimum qualification: Minimum experience of 5 years in Financial Planning
