Job Purpose:

To drive revenue by both pursuing new business and cultivating existing clients assigned to them by the company.

We are looking for a top-performing business development professional who is commercially savvy and has experience of building long-lasting trusted relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Drive new and significant revenue growth by creating strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close new business opportunities for the company.
  • Identify, build, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in order to create selling opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain an expertlevel knowledge of ASL's strategic solutions and market differentiators in order to deliver products, services, and value to clients.
  • Work crossfunctionally to identify, implement, and execute company solutions that can add value for new and existing clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends affecting existing and prospective clients in order to provide strategic insight to their business.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and strategic partner for the client during the on boarding process, maintaining high levels of service and ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets and opportunities.

Skills Required:


  • Experience in the promotional, POS & Print Industry.
  • Experience in managing and developing a great team.
  • Team Player: Is committed to the organisation's common goals, and has a focus on what is best for the business rather than suits the individual.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be a strategic thinker.
  • Excellent communicator with a proven track record of establishing, building and maintaining strong, highvalue client relationships.
  • Passion for startups with a mentality to get your hands dirty. You will be expected to provide live feedback on improvements to propositions, internal processes and ways of working.
