Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work by scheduling appointments

  • Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes
  • Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
  • Build and schedule loads in our systems
  • Provide toptier customer service and schedule all appointments in a timely manner
  • Support fastpaced, centralized operational account operations

Basic qualifications

  • 12 months work experience with customer interaction and communication
  • Excellent English language skills verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree complete
