Objective of job

  • Operate Office or shop floor Systems at SLP site, in compliance with applicable ITSM processes, Standards, and IT guidelines

Principle activities

  • Collaboration, implementation and potentially operation in the onsite IT, based on valid guidelines and processes (e.g. integrate new hardware components in the infrastructure, build new infrastructure systems according to specifications and guidelines, etc.)
  • Advise and instruct colleagues in solving complex inquiries in the area of office and shop floor
  • Supervise and monitor IT infrastructure in the first level support (e.g. by restarting servers, hardware failure, etc.)
  • Track local IT jobs and tasks and mark detected deviations
  • Analyze and clarify problems with internal and external partners (e.g. act as contact person and clarify technical issues related to PCcontrolled machines with the manufacturers, etc.)
  • Conduct correct and regular patching, upgrades of the operating systems for IT devices in the area of responsibility (office and shopfloor) by using standard tools, in compliance with IT rules and guidelines
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks for IT devices in the area of responsibility, based on the recommendation from the vendors

Job requirements

Specialist Knowledge / education:
Bachelor's Degree

  • Languages (if required): English 2 Intermediate Level

Experiência: 2 years in the position.
