About the Role

What You Will Do:

Perform accounting reconciliations of the Balance sheet and profit and loss accounts (as applied) assuring balances without pending items to be reconciled.
Prepare billing for other concepts than the main business activity.
Preparation and analysis of advance payments for their correct amortization.
Confirmation and reconciliation balances with intercompanies.
Attend tax requirements related to CFDI.
Control of accounting provisions.
Reconcile income statements related to leasing (IFRS16).
Reconcile payroll module against SAP and support to payroll team.
Review travel expenses effects related to corporate cards and verified airline tickets.
Bank account reconciliations.
Attention to internal and external audits without findings.
Elaboration of Financial statements under IFRS
Elaboration of Input File for Aaro consolidation system (Monthly and Quarterly).

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in accounting.
5 years of experience as general accountant.
Advanced English level (written and spoken).
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
Experience working with SAP (accounting)
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Sense of urgency & ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment
