TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for supporting timely and accurate the Technical Service Management Office in administrative tasks. Part Time at first, full time job in the near future as per attitudes and competences.
-
Ensure that all reports of expenses are analyzed in a timely manner with proper recording and reporting
:


  • Record Credit card balances and report limits of credit weekly to the Technical Service Management.

Elaboration of budget requests for purchases with every cohort
:


  • Fill up formats to request monthly meals for technicians.
-
Fill up and request credit card and TOKA cards every new generation of technicians
:


  • Elaborate the Schedule for every new generation.
-
Elaborate monthly reports after having controlled the timesheets to calculate benefits for Technicians
:


  • Follow up and register of events and sequences for VISA requests.
-
Reservations for hotels, flights, restaurants and car rentals for TSM & Technicians in Mexico for VISAs
:


  • Develop and distribute accurate and timely reports that are responsive to management's needs.

Support to develop tools and SOPs when necessary to make Office work efficient
:


  • Perform any other duties as assigned in a professional way.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:


  • Studies in administration and/or accounting at technical level.
  • Able to read and write in English.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Aspel knowledge is a plus.
  • Responsible, proactive, high level of concentration, be able to work from home and from an Office.
  • Able to manage his/her own time.

$13, $15,000.00 al mes
