Which is the main objective of this role?
Connect Clients strategy with PepsiCo's priorities to achieve sustainable growth in short, mid and long term through JBP Targets.
- a) Assure wiring between customers and PMF to desing tailor made initiatives for customer strategic programs.
- b) Develop initiatives
- c) Manage P&L to assure profitability


Qualifications:

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for delivering financial algorithm vs.
  • Develop and deliver JBP Targets established with 5 customers
  • Work together with Commercial, field and supply to assure strategic alignment and working in it's priorities
  • Lead and align clients multifunctional teams
  • Continually seek opportunities to reach and exceed business targets, through market understanding, competition, consumer needs, prices, sales, profitability, customer requirements and strategies.
  • Outstanding collaboration with execution teams to assure strategy deployment at POS and adequate inventory levels to fulfill their needs.


  • Budget Management (P&L

  • D&A, A&M)
  • Assure FCST Accuracy alignment and Fill Rate improvement
  • Advantage survey results
