As an Administrative Auxiliary, you will efficiency the success of our Manufacturing through administrative process and reporting to the Plant Manager

This Job is located in #LI-Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Transaction review (inputs and outputs)
Create purchase orders for the acquisition of goods and services
Create bill of lading complement and freight tracking.
Monthly closing reports.
Confinement
Semiannual inventory taking
Invoicing of Finished Product
Lead all responsibilities about our internal and external clients
You will be reporting to the different areas and Managers of our Manufacturing plant

Qualifications

1+ years experience
Industrial Engineer, Logistics, Business management
Languages English basic
Excel Intermedio-Avanzado
