Descripción
Responsibilities:
- Typically responsible for identifying and resolving basic / routine problems with broader departmental impact with established procedures
- Determines hiring to ensure adequate staffing Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
- Recommends new work procedures.
- Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team goals. Limited but direct impact by ensuring the quality of tasks/services provided.
- Good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
- Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity
- Leads a small team
Qualifications:
- Basic level experience in a related role (combination of education/experience).
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Experiência: 6 meses o 1 año en procesos contables en banco.
Licenciatura concluida en contaduría
Inglés básico
Excel básico.
