OpenTable is looking for a hands-on AI Systems Admin, who is technically savvy and can work well with all levels of people.

Note: This position is office-based and does require you to work from OpenTable's office located in Mexico City.

In this role, you will:


As a Customer Experience AI Systems Admin, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between tech and business users to ensure that systems meet the needs of our organization.


  • Primary administrator of our AI tool, helping the CX Assurance team leverage AIgenerated insights
  • Ensure the tool is operating effectively and is optimized for automation
  • Train and monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Test systems to ensure they meet quality standards and function properly
  • Work closely with CX Assurance team to work through any system issues and ensure the team is correctly using the tool
  • Understand user requirements, and design solutions to help the team operate more efficiently
  • Partner with our AI vendor to resolve any system issues, stay up to date on the latest feature releases and AI improvements
  • Play a key role in the ongoing development and integration of the technical infrastructure necessary to evaluate and enhance our delivery of service
  • Gather and analyze user requirements for new systems or system enhancements
  • Implement new systems or system modifications to meet user needs
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure systems are implemented effectively
  • Provide training and support to users on new systems or system changes
  • Document system requirements, designs, and processes for future reference

About You:


  • Passionate about AI technologies and staying up to date on the latest trends and advancements
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fastpaced, and innovative environment
  • Proven experience as a system administrator, preferably with a focus on AI systems
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies and machine learning algorithms
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred or equivalent education and experience
  • 3 years of experience in system administration, AI technologies, customer experience platforms, and related fields
  • Relevant certifications in AI system administration or related fields are a plus
  • Understanding and proficiency of integrations, APIs, and programming languages such as Python or Java
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
