As an Excelence Centers Demand Generation Manager you take pride in representing Baxter.

Your keen understanding of our products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence.

Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, forming relationships.

In this position you focus on scientific communication and relationship building within the healthcare industry.

You'll collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and key opinion leaders to share medical knowledge, promote relevant products, and support the development and marketing of new treatments.


What you'll be doing:


  • Coordinate customer access with Medical Affairs and Market Access according to the strategy.
  • Promote talent development and retention by facilitating the personal and professional growth of team members.
  • Provide crossfunctional leadership in Renal business center of excellence projects from concept to implementation, delivery, and postcommercialization support.
  • Ensure that quality is built into the design during product development

What you'll bring:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in health, administrative, or related fields (preferred)
  • 3 years of shown experience with a minimum of handling kidney disease programs.
  • Management and generation of corporate and tactical strategy.
  • High level of customer relationship management.
