Principales Funciones:

Lanzamiento y gestión de las órdenes de producción
Coordinación con el área de almacén, para la carga de trabajo semanal de producción.
Análisis de la disponibilidad de material para anticipar posibles faltas y evitar el riesgo de paros de línea.
Gestión del sistema ERP
Cumplimiento de KPIs, asegurando el buen uso del sistema.
Seguimiento de las reglas de oro del área de planificación.
Asistencia a la línea de producción. Incluida la asistencia a reuniones.
Contabilizar el avance diario de la producción.
Control de la producción, asegurando el cumplimiento del Master Production Scheduling (MPS).

Perfil requerido:

2+ años de experiência en Planificación de la Producción
Conocimientos intermedios de técnicas ERP.
Sólidos conocimientos de los procesos de planificación de la demanda y del uso del MPS (Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
Conocimientos básicos de los principios de Lean Manufacturing
Sólidas habilidades analíticas
Conocimientos intermedios de Microsoft Excel.
Inglés intermedio
