This position would work under the direction of Human Resources Manager supporting the following activities:
Support in the positions recruitment. (Vacancies postings and recruitment).

Support in Organizational Development activities.

Communication board:
organizational announcements, congratulations, internal promotions, vacancies support in integration activities.

Support for compliance with the action plan to meet NOM 035. (Timken Tips postings by weekly).

Capture support,tracking of the records of the matrix of technical competencies and the annual plan. Creation of reports of courses given per week.

Support with the Report of hours of training per week

Support in the onboarding process and schedule training by week.

Record and follow-up on comments derived from the HR WITH YOU program.

Request partner badges in MySuccess, request configuration from IT and deliver it to the associate.

Support in internal and external audits.
