Our client is a pioneering platform specializing in carbon accounting and reporting.

Their platform is uniquely designed to cater to the private markets and supply chains, providing API integrations, portfolio, and supply chain management tools, and onboarding solutions that democratize ESG reporting for businesses of all sizes.

The client's team includes professionals with backgrounds in top firms.

Position overview:
We are looking for a React specialist who would be a basis for entire team. In this engagement we are replacing current vendor. The person for this position would lead front end to a better place.

Senior React Lead should be able to address issues, propose solutions and drive them among the dev team and project management.

Responsibilities: Elicit business needs and requirements, determine the scope, team, and timelines for the project
Lead the implementation of the solution's from ideation to completion
Mentor the development team
Facilitate development capabilities
Serve as a toplevel escalation point for technical and process concerns
Requirements: Deep understanding of React
Knowledge of modern frontend design patterns
Experience with state management solutions
Knowledge of testing techniques and ability to write maintainable tests
Spoken English
