About the team:


This position is going to work alongside Music Promotion and Programming Manager in the Artist Services team in Brazil, helping to develop and executing in-app resource planning, increasing music consumption and artists' presence on TikTok.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead on the planning & execution for TikTok's music promotion & programming in Spanish LATAM.
  • Collaborate closely with the Artist Services (Music) team to develop in-app resource strategies, focusing on increasing the consumption of music content on the platform.
  • Plan and execute promotion efforts for artist centric and music campaigns in TikTok.
  • Manage the TikTok Sound Page, including curation of specific playlists and music promotion.
  • Be responsible for the scouting of music trends and programming efforts to elevate viral tracks inside TikTok.
  • Plan and execute music promotion in paid campaigns, including creator marketing.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 5 years experience in musicrelated roles, comprehensive understanding of the music industry and the artist position, with a focus on trending genres and artists in the Spanish & Latin music scene.
  • Experience with music promotion and media buy. creator marketing
  • Advanced thinking. Good understanding of the social media environment, able to follow new trends and also identify potential new ones.
  • Nose for new artists and potential new hits.
  • Strong organizational analytical, strategic thinking skills and the capacity to collaborate cross functions.
  • Experience working with international partners in different time zones
  • Experience working in a fastchanging, handson work environment
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in musicrelated roles digital preferred
