Position Summary


The Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst position is focused on the management of customer inventory replenishment and demand forecasts at the SKU level using internal and customer-specific system tools.

Assist Mx city and foreign MM (i.e.

, not in the central office) with the following actions:

Processing orders, constant support for sales forecasting (S&OP), assure transition orders into firm demand.

Control active and inactive catalogs/listing for continuous replenishment based in actual external and internal stocks for both Modern & WHS (with final consumer POS).

Generate and manage a customer scorecard bases on KPIs in order to allocate A&P resources. Continuous support with operations processes from our top key customers, in order to assure a flawless execution of any of our customer marketing platforms (assure levels of inventory, paperwork, permits, etc


Continuous analysis of sell in, sell out and MOI to assure with MM the correct quota per customer and also with ISCAM data every month.

Job Description

  • To handle questions raised by clients and cooperate with the Supply Chain Department to process customer orders and confirm order status.
  • To assist Market Managers in performing sales related administration and support sales operations team.
  • To assist Market Manager in processing purchasing order entry(only line manager)
  • Support &Define with Trade Mkt team incentives and special plans for Merchandisers team.
  • To prepare and create sales volume summary by each Customer mkt platform as well as generate incentive payment report for Merchandisers program.
  • Manage sku's catalog with each customer to generate weekly POs(Modern Trade)
  • Weekly and biweekly POs based on their inventories and internal allocation by brand and sku, to avoid risks of PO's that cannot be fully delivered and avoid fill rate charges.
  • Generate and manage product deployment for each cluster by point of sale of each customer
  • Create a scorecard by customer to assure healthy MOI and no OOS in "top stores" by customer.
  • Support and assure all customer processes needed for Customer Marketing programs (Gifting platforms, visibility execution, etc )
  • Assure new listings for innovation or any line extensions, according to each customer requirements: GS1, technical descriptions in their systems, etcon time.
  • POs management: Download them, send them to Operations, fill all documents according to milestones defined by customers, and assure correct submission.
  • Manage information (product images, pricing, description, etc.) for customer on line stores (social networks, on line stores, etc.)
  • Constant alignment with Commercial Finance, Demand planning & Supply Chain
Skills and Experience

  • University diploma or equivalent.

3 years of CPFR assistant experience.

  • Previous experience in
    Spirits Industry and Modern Trade:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analytics.
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
