− As a part of the engineering team, along with other departments we achieved an output increase of up to 60%, with a scrap reduction from 6% to below 2%, increment of FPY from 86% up to 95%.
− Daily working along with production and quality teams we create a set of visual aids for each workstation, set of work instructions for all models to complete training for new employees (at the company or at the workstation), giving a production supervisor flexibility to move operators between stations. The creation of standard work files for each model with the option of increasing or decreasing operators on the production line, 
based on demand.

Breg - Manufacturing Engineer II (Jun/2019 - Apr/2021)
− Working along with maintenance, production, quality and design engineers I was able to validate several sewing equipment complying with the medical validation standards (IQ-OQ-PQ). Sewing equipment, like 
programmable, back tack, single, double needle, walking foot and overlock sewing machines.
− As a manufacturing engineer the documentation in my area was in accordance with document control 
requirements, I helped on internal audits of 2019 and 2020 to finally get recertification ISO 13485:2016 / 
MDSAP by the end of 2021.
− The team and I work closely on area layout changes, always looking to make a one-piece flow process.

Skyworks Solutions - Sr. Maintenance Engineer (Mar/2017 - Jan/2019)
− My team and I validated a total of 44 combined EPSON & GENESEM Integrated Circuit Handlers which were delivered on time to production area and meet goals from Q4 from FY2018.
− We provide training to new maintenance technicians so they can support production for common equipment failures. This task decreased the failures and positively impacted the KPI’s (MTBF, MTBA, scrap & FPY).

Ecogas Mexicali - SCADA Technician (Nov/2013 - Mar/2017)
− Performance test to all industrial electronic natural gas meter based on a quarterly schedule.
− Constant monitoring of Mexicali Ecogas SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Network.
− Solar panel, electronic natural gas meter and modem installations to the major customers on the network.
− Performed monthly backup from historical data of the field meters to create reports for billing purposes.

− Participation in achievement of NADCAP certification on the electrical wire harness area.
− Active participation on the transfer team from Chula Vista, CA working for project Barnes.

− I started at Rosemount zona centro Mexicali, B.C. and I became a fundamental part of the engineering team transferring operation into shelter mode inside EMERSON partner Ascotech located at I.P. Progreso.
− Consistent production floor support by updating work instructions, quality alerts, defining new layouts for upcoming processes, participating and lead Kaizen events, keep a 5S's culture and solve customer complaints.
