Engineering and Maintenance Coordinator

• Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Administrations and management of engineering KPI’S (ECR’s, ECO’s and ECN’s).
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

• Leader of the line balancing project in which we managed to increase productivity by 15% and reduce the headcount of the production lines, achieving a productivity project of $200 Kdlls per year.
• We carried out a bagging project for one of our products in which we achieved a reduction in raw material costs of $10 Kdlls per year and increased productivity, achieving total project savings of $165 Kdlls.
• Implementation of RFID technology in all our products.
• Implementation and transfer of new production lines and new processes start up.
