I am a lawyer specialized in international tax, and corporate law, with over eight years of experience advising companies and entrepreneurs in Mexico, the United States and Europe. My professional work focuses on cross-border legal structuring, e-commerce compliance, and corporate strategy for global business expansion.

I currently collaborate with firms and clients in the construction, technology, and digital commerce sectors, providing tailored legal and fiscal solutions aligned with international standards. In addition, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Tax Sciences, researching the economic and legal implications of international taxation and digital trade.

• Estrada Corporativo – 

Monterrey, N.L. Operations Manager (Jan. 2025 – Present): Coordination of payroll, accounting, social security, and tax compliance operations. Legal advisory in REPSE, corporate, labor, and tax matters. Implementation of compliance strategies and operational and financial efficiency for construction companies (SIROC). I worked on company projects in conjunction with multinational clients such as Ternium (Italian-Argentinian) and Power-Tecno (Mexican Spanish), reviewed English-Spanish contracts with law firms of New York, and attended accounting audit meetings with their staffs from Mexico and Spain. 

Legal Coordinator (Oct. 2022 – Dec. 2024): Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and claims before different authorities. Negotiation of contracts with suppliers and property lease agreements. Identification of financial savings and legal prevention strategies. Involvement in high-impact processes such as searches and investigations by UIF, SAT and SHCP. Drafting of constitutional appeals for shareholders against possible arrest warrants. Filing of complaints on behalf of individuals and companies before the Public Prosecutor's Office.
