Accomplishments:  

  • Successfully expanded Totalplay´s market presence with Verizon and TATA, offered solutions that solved their technological demands, and helped them to increase their customers and sales.
  • Achieved a 95% improvement in customer responsiveness in development and proposal submitted of fiber optic links solutions, internet services, Lan to Lan solutions.
  • Implemented a 15% cost reduction in submitted proposals, boosting Totalplay´s profit margin.

  • Won around twelve projects in 1H2012, achieved cost reduction to improved project profitability, which allowed me to obtain the Excellent Bid Support award.
