➢ Management of projects from the design stage, MPT, EMPT & SOP
➢ Launch projects in plant, from adhesive process to pack out.
➢ Launch book management and first materials planning.
➢ BOM validation and acceptance.
➢ Budget management to industrialize new production lines
➢ Line capacity and analysis to determine if we cover the customer
demand in production terms.
➢ Line balancing to know if we need more equipments, tools, people, etc.
➢ Hiring and training plan according to customer milestones and launch
➢ Design acceptance from equipment and tools, as well as the
transfer of the same to the plant.
➢ Design and implement the layout of the line in plant, using the
AutoCAD software.
➢ Management and Planification with suppliers to complete the
project launch on time, etc.
