Alejandra Ceballos Vidal

I'm an administrator with experience as a project manager and area manager. I've been in charge of a team of 10 which delivered +100 projects, including brands, websites and creative campaigns.

As a project manager I defined project's processes and assigned activities to the team members, in order to successfully accomplish all the projects from start to end. I also monitored daily activities while being in contact with customers and suppliers.

As an area manager I improved the customer's satisfaction and the team member's motivation. I also improved internal processes and designed strategic documents.

I've also collaborated with other areas of the company to help with RRHH and Sales related activities.

I worked 3 years in a marketing agency, where I was head manager of the branding area, where we successfully delivered +100 projects, including branding, websites and creative campaings.

I also have experience in project management and sales.

I have a bachelor's degree on business administration and a master's degree on organizational change.
