ü  Created a replenishment algorithm achieving a 0% Out of stock and an annual inventory turnover of 4.13 vs a goal of 4.

ü  Increased monthly avg. sales volume 200% by OTD. Jun 2018 – Apr 2021 | SHASA (Demand Planning Sr. Manager)

• Manage the full cycle (end to end) supply chain product ́s life from PO ́s creation until its sale.

• Lead the purchasing managements and planning team (10 people).

• Identify and maximize every fast mover SKU, by forecasting, replenishing, and improving its OTD.

• Reduce vendors lead time by data analytics and procurement integration.

• Planning and manage the company Open to Buy (S&OP), lining up with financial figures (P&L) and

optimizing inventory turnover.

Achievements

ü Improved restocking method for the winter season, implementing curves by product category,

achieving 17% 18 vs 17 and 16% 19 vs 18 representing $500M.

ü Negotiated with suppliers in the pandemic season to delay delivery volumes (replenishments) over

the next 8 months and maintain a 3-turnover inventory.

ü Save up to $50M by a shipping strategy splitting into maritime and air.

Jan 2015 – Jun 2018 | MILANO (Supply Chain Manager Allocation & Planning)

• Allocated the merchandise to all point of sales in Mexico (300 stores) by designing and improving the

allocation process to balance all the stores and maximize the inventory turnover.

• Manage the Allocation and Purchase Management teams (9 people).

• Lead the strategic projects: "Warehouse automatization", "JDA Allocation software" and "Automatic

Appointment for vendors".

• Planning the OTB for daily and seasonal merchandise such as "Back to School" and "Holiday season".

• Tracking every purchase order to assure its arrival to de DC and its shipment to the stores.

Achievements

ü Increased winter seasonal products sell-thru from 70% to 91% by planning the winter OTB with a sell-

thru methodology.

ü Diminished the slow-move inventory by 50% with the successful implementation of JDA Allocation

Software and developing key algorithms to use it.

ü Eliminated the overtime pay of the DC with de automatization of the appointments for vendors.

Jan 2007 - Jan 2015 | LIVERPOOL (Commercial Project Jr. Manager & Sr. Demand Planner)

• Coordinate the Liverpool projects oriented to the commercial area, including the strategic projects:

Allocation and Central Warehouse automatic replenishment.

• Deliver the demand and commercial plan of the Computers, Cell-phones, TV ́s, Suits, Dress shirts,

dress pants and kids shoes departments.

• Calculate de Open to Buy (OTB) of the department and the balance scorecard of each vendor.

• Manage a 2,000 SKU catalogue of basic merchandise.

Achievements

ü Increased the final gross margin of the computer department from -3.5% to 7.0% by modifying a

promotion from 20% to 10% off.

ü Increased the inventory turnover of the kids’ shoes department from 3.2 to 4 due to the project of

warehouse replenishment.

ü Increased sales 70% for the TV department during the 2010 Soccer World cup with an accurate sales

forecast having a sell-thru of 94%
