Description:

  • I have been working as a Real Time Analyst in the Workforce Management Department. As an RTA I had to master the data gathering using different tools and software that allows me to compile results and forecast the upcoming needs of the operations team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-General database knowledge

-Organize and transform data

-Forecast the performance for the upcoming days and weeks based on our requirements and staff.

-Ability to act and react promptly to last-minute requests

-Be creative in providing strategies and plans to increase the performance of the operations department.

-Improvise practical solutions for obtaining the required data, using Excel formulas and macros to streamline processes.

-Use of Visual Basic to program and create conditional formmating with macros on Excel
