I am Alma Lorena Almaraz Delgado, I am a professional life scientist with a track record in the establishment of scientific projects and regulatory affais, for the development of new biological drug molecules. 

My primary motivation for applying for the position is to developed the competences required by learning the principles and theories, and by assisting through the whole life cycle of projects. I believe that joining as new team player, in combination with my experience in scientific project establishment and health regulation advisor in various Central American countries, I will set me miles ahead to reaching my goal of become a specialist with the performance that the company requires. 

As a specialized advisor in my last job at Aruna Asesores SAS, a company focused on regulatory affairs of chemical synthesis and biotechnological medicines in different countries of America, I have acquired experience to apply to the position that your company requires. 

Knowledge-sharing in my last job has been of the utmost importance for this position, both in strategy planning and reporting as well as in revising standard operating procedures SOP and documenting experimental development to guarantee its required quality in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices and comply with the national regulation of each country. 

Both my professional endeavors and academic studies have equipped me with an up to date understanding of different laws that regulate the granting of Sanitary Registrations in differents countries, drug substances and drug products, the good manufacturing practices as well as the analytical methods required for the bio pharmaceutical industry. I will work to secure that this knowledge stays dynamic and up to date in collaboration with the company organization to ensure that new processes are completed according to schedules, and in line with the quality and regulations standers that apply. 

I have throughout my career developed sophisticated communication skills through, among other responsibilities, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. At the personal level, I thrive in a working environment that demands close collaboration with colleagues and sharing experiences and knowledge with each other to reach a common goal. I am furthermore energized by working in a setting where no day is the same.

I have experience within a health regulation agency, later I worked for different clients of international companies in different countries of America, my experience focuses on health regulation of biotechnological drugs, as well as chemical synthesis drugs, I also have experience in certification audits of good manufacturing practices for biological medicines

I am a biochemical engineer, I studied a doctorate in Bioprocesses, with a focus on biotechnology, my thesis to obtain a degree is related to the proposal of two new vaccines against two infectious diseases, I also studied an epidemiological approach and related to the field of biotechnology .
