Service Delivery oriented to the ITIL model: As part of the Onsite IT Support organization, I had the opportunity to supervise and perform activities for different locations such as Cuba, Guatemala, Reynosa, and Mexico City (approximately 400 users). People Management: I had the opportunity to manage small teams (employees and interns) where I fostered their professional development through a career plan, as part of my assignment as IT services team leader in Mexico City.
