Experiencia

I have extensive experience in product management and growth strategies. As a Product Manager and Growth Vertical Leader at Kontempo since December 2021, I have been responsible for scaling the two-sided marketplace. By implementing impactful growth and expansion strategies, I have successfully driven a 30% increase in Live Merchants. One of my key contributions has been improving the onboarding experience for clients. By taking ownership of customer journey mapping and utilizing my expertise in product design, UI design, and wireframing, I have enhanced the platform's usability and navigation, resulting in a more intuitive experience for our diverse customer personas.
