As a Customer Success Manager at Aviada, I planned, built, and executed the onboarding and customer success roadmap for ChatterBox, a live chat web service exclusive to Nationwide Marketing Group Retailers. I have over two years of experience in this role, where I created various self-training material, advised customers on the best practices of using the chat in the retail industry, and onboarded and trained retailers and their sales teams to fully adopt the live chat service.

My mission is to help customers achieve their goals and maximize their value from every single aspect of their journey. I leverage my skills in sales, customer and technical support, and account management to provide exceptional service, guidance, and solutions to customers. I also draw on my background as an ESL teacher and energy and petroleum engineer to communicate effectively with diverse and global audiences and understand complex and technical concepts.
