• NPI engineer – Invisibles Systems / Trackonomy (May 2022 – current)

-Prepared plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with the stakeholders (Engineering, QC, Production, Supply Chain), to ensure good quality.

-Helped designing new product testing using Python, databases and API calls for Nordic devices according to their MAC ID’s depending on their communication protocol such as LoRa, Cell, BLE.

-Responsible for developing and creating weekly and daily production schedules to ensure production deadlines were met according to the sales projection.

-In charge of controlling and monitoring the company’s total productivity attainment (indexes and benchmarks such as efficiency, line-balance, work standards combined with right quality and 5S’s)

-Ensured the right mix of employees and material to maximize productivity. 

-Analyzed weak point and coordinated related problems between Materials Procurement, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality departments.

-Prepared target plans for the company regarding the current customer demands and requirements.
