•Analyse Daily Report (WOS - Weeks of supply) - Follow up with each supplier.
•Analyse PST / MRP (Create Purchase orders, cancel orders, Push or pull orders as corresponds) - Follow up with each supplier.
•Open Blanket orders annually (for Vendors under this parameter).
•VOI - Consignment Supplier review Parameters and pull inventory as needed, (review and align parameters of pull at JDE)
•Supplier Portal weekly Revisions
•Invoice revision-follow up if necessary
Weekly Meetings (Providing Feedback):
•Inventory levels/risk and Follow-ups, supplier Capacity, Planning -Alignment Plan, Safety stock attainment review, Actions for Receipts Pending, Expiring Materials & last, Connection with RI (Quality Receipts)
Monthly
•Add Feedback to Otif report (on-time deliveries) (Escalate to Sourcing any disruption)
•Meet with Vendor sharing S&OP Presentation - or Monthly Results - on a Teams meeting to share inventory levels, escalations, quality issues, and highlights or follow-ups.
