I have several years of experience in sales, business development, and customer support, mainly working with industrial and technical solutions across LATAM.

In my roles, I don’t only focus on closing new deals, but also on supporting customers after the sale to make sure the solution works properly and the relationship continues to grow. I believe that good customer support is a key part of successful sales, because long-term clients generate the most value.

I usually work closely with distributors, OEMs, and end users, helping them solve technical questions, coordinating solutions, and identifying opportunities to expand the business within existing accounts.

For me, sales and customer success go together. When you support the customer well, build trust, and understand their needs, it becomes much easier to retain clients and grow the account over time.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Energy Administration. My education provided a strong foundation in electrical systems, industrial processes, and energy management, which has been highly relevant in my work selling technical and industrial solutions.
