I have worked on many projects at the bank. Together with programmers, I created software for employees - database for working with credit products, database for call center employees, CRM system database. My task as a developer was to create a convenient and functional database for employees to work with optimal use of programmers' resources.  We thoroughly tested all the changes and I completely introduced them into the work of all employees - I created descriptions for working with databases and conducted training. Also I have worked test engineer, manual testing with Xiaomi  company. Testing Xiaomi software, mobile apps and create bugs. I am very responsible in my work, I pay great attention to details and functionality

Preparation of explanatory and training materials on products, drawing up and coordination of interaction schemes for departments;

Major achievements:

- Launch of a CRM system for managers and employees of Callcenter for small and medium businesses

 - Launching sales of passive products within the Lead Generation project (offering products to Customers that they are likely to purchase), finalizing CRM in terms of automating the assignment of tasks to managers and monitoring their execution

 - Development of a functional credit base for Managers of the Department of Small and Medium Business.
