Over the last eight years I have been immersed in Product Development Process for Commercial Vehicles products as Technical Project Manager, including the new generation of DEA radios (DEA7XX) and Domain Controllers while leading structured problem solving, continuous improvement and cost savings projects for the current production DEA family (DEA5XX and DEA6XX) and Network Managers. My success can be attributed in part to possessing and applying a customer’s point of view, a systems’ point of view, a statistical point of view and a workers’ point of view. I have an understanding of product and process variation, a deep knowledge of improvement methods, an understanding of the process of personal motivation, learning and appreciation of teamwork.

- 2020 to 2025 led the Product Development for Network Managers and next generation of Domain Controllers for Commercial Vehicles while supporting Engineering activities in current production User Experience (UX) products working with a multifunctional team in Troy, US, Krakov, Polland, Bangalore, India and Cd Juarez and Matamoros, Mexico

- 2018 and 2019 led the Product Development for next generation of Commercial Vehicle Radios DEA7XX working with a multifunctional team in Troy, US, Queretaro, Cd Juarez and Matamoros, Mexico

- 2018 led the Cost Reduction redesign Commercial Vehicles radios DEA5XX ($250K)
