Global Sourcing: Saving $7.5 million by relocating magnet production from Asia to the USA and die casting to Mexico.

Process Optimization: Realizing $2.5 million in savings by localizing washing processes for die-casting parts.

Logistics & Raw Materials: Securing $1.5 million in savings by identifying new raw material suppliers and optimizing logistics routes.
