Masters in Manufacturing Business Management and Industrial Engineering, with extensive experience in materials management from operational to engineering perspectives. Specialized in supervising and optimizing processes in areas such as receiving, warehousing, supply, and shipping. As a Materials Supervisor, I have led improvements in material flow, warehouse optimization, repackaging, picking strategies, and facility design. Additionally, I have actively participated in the implementation and launch of new areas and processes, driving efficiency and innovation.

Material Flow Engineer – STELLANTIS STAP Saltillo, Coahuila

 • Coordination with support areas, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Operations and Quality to keep control of the PPS. • Working with KUKA, HIRATA, COMAU, AIRWAY, for installation looking for cycle time with new operations. • Generate strategies to optimize the process rate. • Assembly line operation rebalances • Coordinate TIP meetings to eliminate bottlenecks. • Supervisions of standardized work. • Working in the beginning of assembly line EDU BEV, looking for increase to 70 JPH to NEW BEV PROYECT.

 Material Handling Supervisor – General Motors 

 • Material Follow up using GM´s system MGO • Track critical part numbers for better offloading. • Download according to supplier windows • Management of the area of overflow. Delivery in time and form of material to machine • Supervision and planning of the tasks performed by the work team. • Detection and efficient resolution of incidents. • Support in loading and unloading of products and materials. • Cleaning and organization of the work area at the end of the day. • Working with the machining area of both heads and blocks, giving the supply of material in their loads and managing the storage of machined products, also coordinating their model changes, PTRs and extra movements between cells when they had failures. • Management of finished product shipments to customers • Coordination of unionized personnel • Direct communication with Transportation and Logistics for shipment tracking • Supervision of empty equipment areas and returns to suppliers. 

Industrial Engineer Material Flow – General Motors 

 • Coordination and Support to elaboration of the standard work of the Materials areas. • Approach of strategies for the reduction of pedestrian interaction and mobile equipment (routes). • Optimization of Warehouse spaces. Implementation of new material delivery methods. • Coordination with the other areas for the installation of a new line. Implementation of GMOS in the area. • Find the reduction of DPP in the flow of materials. Coordination to reduce repackaging in the process. • Working with Product Trial Run Area for have more information about to new part number to analyze the impact on warehouses, points of use, and facilities. • Development with the suppliers to have better delivery time, as well as to have an optimal MATERIAL FLOW for the line. • Participation as SME of Lean Material Flow in SHORT LEAD TIME. • Collaboration with Packaging for the redesign and development of new Minomi or dolly solutions • Installation of facility equipment, including racks, dolly lifts, turntables, and Yazakies • Optimization of empty dunnage areas and enhancement of unloading and loading flow to suppliers • Management and elaboration of visual aids for new model year and new part number • Management of EPS and PPS Pull systems, implementation to plant ( material flow ) • Elaboration to Dunnage Catalog to correct Shipments.

Material Handling Supervisor – LEAR  Arteaga, Coahuila 

 Complete coordination in the receiving area, raw material, finished product and service parts shipment. • Management of PULL system handling. • Management and balancing of personnel in critical areas in supplying to the line. • Cyclic counting materials in the warehouse for inventory control. • Direct communication with transportation lines for the shipment of material, managing the type of container-box. • Use of SAP in payroll capture (time evaluation) • Participation in high performance teams in the area (Materials). 

Planner – Road Machinery / KOMATSU Saltillo, Coahuila

• Maintain communication with customers about the projection of repairs established throughout the year. • Coordinate the entry of the components into the Workshop, receiving them in the system, verifying with the customer the actions that will be carried out on the component, establishing an internal control. • Review the lists of spare parts necessary for the works, as well as make the quotation of said spare parts. • Give instructions to the Area Headquarters on the planning of the work to be carried out, structuring the times, spare parts, consumables and labor. • Make the pertinent quotes for the work on the components to the client. • Plan the maintenance of the assets that are inside the workshop, keeping track of all the necessary requirements to keep it in optimal condition. • Manage the tool calibration program per month of the Workshop. • Coordinate the output of components to work with third parties, following up with suppliers to improve delivery times.

 Quality Facilitator/Project Coordinator - SEFIR Saltillo, Coahuila

 • The Organization and Procedure Manuals that establish the Quality Standards of the State Government are reviewed, analyzing for release of each government agency. • Coordination with the Municipal Head Offices of the State for the Area of Procedures and Services, review of files and they are passed to authorize if the requirements are met, in the case of not complying, the municipal head office is informed. • Courses are given to State agencies on the Guide for the Preparation of Organization and Procedure Manuals and the General Internal Control Standard. • Keeping control of the information on the implementation of the Internal • Control phase in the agencies, being a Quality Internal Control Facilitator. • Coordination of the Residents of Professional Practices in the Directorate. • To be part of the Modernization Project of the State dependencies, applying • in Benchmarking with other State Units of the Republic.
